Who Are You?

Affairs and pornography addiction is rampant, affecting millions worldwide, but it was always somebody's else's story. Until now. One day, maybe not so long ago, betrayal knocked on your door and even though you did not invite it in, it barged in and has invaded every aspect of your life. The memories of the lies and betrayals haunt you. You're not sure if you want to save your marriage. You're not sleeping much and when you do, you're haunted by nightmares. You are not paying attention to your health and even your children are being affected but you may not even know it yet. Feeling better seems beyond your comprehension. Getting healthy, confident and strong on the other side seems downright impossible. You feel so hopeless, and you are stuck. Did I get any of it right?

Who Am I?

My name is Beth and I also had that uninvited guest in my house for a few years. But after hitting rock bottom one day, crying on the bathroom floor in a fetal position wondering when the pain would end, I finally got up the courage to take not only my life back but my family's life back as well. It wasn't easy and it took me way too long going down an uncountable number of rabbit holes, but once I made up my mind to heal, I became a warrior on a mission! Together, my husband and I healed and have a better marriage today than we did before! My children have healed and grown in ways I never could have imagined! Don't stay in pain for even one more day. If your husband cheated or has an issue with pornography, please know there is healing on the other side! Are you ready for some of that?

Why My Courses and Programs:

Each member of a family is unique and brings their own unique personalities, challenges, dreams, needs and wants to the family. When one person within the family makes a decision, it has a ripple effect on the other members of the family. Some of those decisions bring so much joy to everyone! But some of those decisions bring sadness and pain. Affairs and pornography addiction bring more than pain; they bring trauma. After an infidelity or porn addiction comes to light, each person will experience trauma. Yes, even the kids. I offer online courses as well as 1:1 and group coaching to support the unique trauma that each person within the family is experiencing. The goal is to heal everyone individually so the family can then heal together as a unit. How wonderful does that sound?

Why Now:

Your family is just that. A family. The family as a whole has been impacted by this trauma and if one person within the family is not healed, then no one is healed. There are huge future consequences when a person lives with unhealed trauma, especially from betrayals such as affairs and pornography addiction. The consequences of not healing trauma are too numerous to mention here. The fact of the matter is this: healing yourself and your family should be your only goal right now. Doing whatever it takes to work through this should be your only option. And utilizing my courses and/or programs should be your first action step.
